🐻 [Kingshot] Bear Hunt High Score Strategy Guide

🐻 [Kingshot] Bear Hunt High Score Strategy Guide

Bear Hunt is a recurring alliance event in Kingshot that occurs every 48 hours.
It’s one of the best ways to earn valuable hero upgrade materials, forge hammers, and other key items.

This guide will walk you through how to maximize your score—whether you're leading a solo rally or participating as a rally member.

🎯 Main Objective

Maximize your total damage to earn more points and secure better reward tiers.

📌 Recommended Troop Composition

For both solo (rally leader) and rally member roles:

  • Archers: 60–70%

  • Cavalry: 20–30%

  • Infantry: 10–15% or less (minimized due to low DPS)

⚠️ In the early game, a 1:1:8 (Infantry:Cavalry:Archer) ratio may not be feasible due to limited troop production.
It’s best to gradually scale up by training full squads with proper ratios over time.

💡 Troop Production Tips

  • If you’re low on troops, infantry will fill the gaps, so focus on training archers first.

  • During speedup events, prioritize archer training to prepare for Bear Hunt.

🧠 Hero Selection Strategy

For Rally Leaders:

  • Use heroes with Attack or Destruction buffs in their Expedition Skills.

  • Prioritize those buffs in your hero skill upgrades.

For Rally Members:

  • Only your first hero's Expedition Skill 1 is applied.

  • Choose a hero with Attack or Destruction buff as their first skill.

  • Upgrade that specific skill to max level for best results.

⚔️ Preparation Checklist Before Battle

  • Troop Count: At least 100K troops recommended (per march).

    • You can deploy up to 6 marches, so aim for 500–600K total troops for high scores.

▶ Use VIP Buffs

  • Effect: Increases troop size and attack power.

  • When to Use: Activate when you're close to reaching the next reward bracket.

▶ Upgrade Equipment

  • Effect: Stronger gear means stronger heroes and better performance.

🚩 Solo (Rally Leader) vs. Rally Member

  • If you're strong, solo attacks (as rally leader) yield more points.

  • If you're underpowered or a low spender, participating in strong rallies is more efficient.

💡 Rally participation is most effective when joining rallies led by the top 5 players in your alliance.

This guide helps both F2P and mid-tier players maximize their performance in Bear Hunt and secure top-tier rewards.
Don’t just show up—show up prepared.

📘 [Kingshot Strategy Guide] Core Combat Tips & Battle Fundamentals

📘 [Kingshot Strategy Guide] Core Combat Tips & Battle Fundamentals

A solid understanding of battle mechanics is key to dominating in Kingshot.
Here’s a breakdown of essential strategies and rules every player should know:

3️⃣ Solo vs Rally Battles – Defense is Stronger

In general, defending is much more advantageous than attacking.

  • Unless attackers have a 2–3 tier power advantage, the defending side usually wins.

📌 Power Difference Guidelines:

  • Solo attacks are only efficient when the attacker is 3+ tiers stronger.

  • Rally attacks need at least 2-tier advantage to be cost-effective.

3-1️⃣ Event Buildings – Siege Attacks Recommended

For event structures like Castles, Turrets, and Fortresses, siege attacks are more effective.

  • Siege allows rapid consecutive rallies, putting pressure on defenders.

  • Defenders struggle to get reinforcements in time, making it difficult to hold the building.

3-2️⃣ Chain Attacks – Break Defense with 2 Coordinated Rallies

  • Two rally leaders can coordinate chain rallies to break down castle defenses.

  • If the defender doesn’t have a 2-tier advantage, they'll likely fall to consecutive hits.

  • 📛 If defenders fail to switch heroes, their risk of collapse increases dramatically.

4️⃣ Hero & Gear Switching – Critical in SvS

During siege-to-defense transitions:

  • The rally leader must recall their troops, switch to defensive heroes, and then re-enter the building.

  • Keeping siege heroes active while defending leads to heavy losses.

5️⃣ Defense Rally Leader Rules – Auto Assignment System

In defensive rallies:

  • The system automatically assigns the rally leader based on highest combat power among participants.

📌 This allows for fake rally leader tactics, where a high-capacity, low-power player joins first to confuse the enemy.

📘 Building Occupation Rule – 1 Player = 1 Building

Kingshot enforces a “1 Player, 1 Building” rule during occupation-based events like Castle or Turret battles.

Understanding this mechanic is crucial for alliance coordination.

🔸 One Building Per Player (Real-Time Restriction)

  • A player can only send troops to one event building at a time.

  • Example: If you’re in a Turret rally, you cannot join a Castle rally at the same time.

  • This applies across all rallyable buildings.

🔸 Movement Counts as Participation

  • Even if your troops are just marching toward a building,
➤ You still can’t join another until they arrive or return.

  • Attempting to do so triggers the system message:
“Each player may only join one building at a time.”

🔸 Once Troops Arrive, You Can Reinforce Freely

  • After your troops have arrived and joined the building,
➤ You may send reinforcements freely to that same building.

  • But still, you can’t participate in any other building until you leave the current one.

📌 Quick Summary

✅ You can only participate in one building (Castle/Turret) at a time
❌ Can’t be in two buildings at once
❌ Can’t send reinforcements to another building while marching
✅ Once your troops arrive, you can freely reinforce that same building

This core strategy guide is perfect for new players and alliances preparing for Server vs Server wars or major alliance battles.
Apply these principles and you’ll gain a significant edge in both offense and defense!

🔴 Must-Know Skill Rules for Rally Participation in Kingshot

🔴 Must-Know Skill Rules for Rally Participation in Kingshot

Whether you're leading or joining a rally in Kingshot, understanding how skills are applied is essential for maximizing power and minimizing waste.
Here’s everything you need to know:

🧭 1. Role of the Rally Leader (Captain)

  • The rally leader’s hero skills and weapon effects apply to everyone in the rally.

  • If the rally leader sets up the wrong heroes or weapons, it can lead to huge resource waste.

  • Always double-check before starting the rally.

💡 "Rally leader" refers to the player with the best hero gear, gems, and lord equipment in the alliance.

👥 2. How Team Member Skills Are Applied (Critical!)

  • Among the first four players who join the rally, only the first hero (leftmost slot) of each member is considered.

  • The system picks the highest-level Expedition Skill 1 from these heroes.

✅ Skill Application Example

If all five members join a rally:

  • The Expedition Skill 1 of the first hero from the first four members is checked.

  • The highest among those is applied to the rally.

Example Scenarios:

SituationSkill Applied
All four first heroes have Lv5Lv5 skill applies
1x Lv5, 3x Lv4Lv5 + Lv4 skills apply
First 4 players have Lv3, later 4 have Lv5Lv5 skill applies (from later players if early ones don’t override)

⚠️ If multiple heroes have the same skill level, entry order decides which one applies first.

🧠 Rally Skill Priority Logic

  1. Among the first four participants, check the Expedition Skill 1 of the leftmost hero.

  2. The system uses the highest skill level available from these four.

  3. If the levels are the same, the earlier entrant’s skill is prioritized.

💡 Quick Summary

  • Rally Leader: All hero skills + weapon effects are applied to all.

  • Team Members:

    • Only the Expedition Skill 1 of the first hero (leftmost) is considered.

    • Only the first 4 members to join affect skill selection.

    • Place your strongest skill hero (e.g., Chenko, Amadeus, Gordon, Howard) on the far left.

📌 Optimize your rallies by prepping your hero lineup in advance—every percent matters.

🛡️ [Ultimate SvS Guide] Mastering Rally Control & Chain Attacks in Kingshot

🛡️ [Ultimate SvS Guide] Mastering Rally Control & Chain Attacks in Kingshot

When it comes to Server vs Server (SvS) warfare, rally coordination isn't just important—it's everything.

A well-coordinated rally with strong synergy often defeats even whales with better stats but poor organization.

Here’s a master guide for R4s and rally leaders to control and execute rallies like pros:

🔑 Rally Control: Top 7 Priorities

1️⃣ Hero in the First Slot (Attack & Defense)

  • For Attacking:

    • Use Chenko (25% Destruction Power buff)

  • For Defending:

    • Use Gordon (HP multiplier buff)

⚠️ The first slot hero of any random rally participant might get applied to the entire rally—so every participant must check and adjust their lineup carefully.

2️⃣ Troop Tier Limitations

  • Attacking Enemy Castles:

    • If TG3 is unlocked, only allow TG2 or higher.

    • On servers where TG5 is maxed, TG3+ only.

  • Defending Friendly Castles:

    • Focus on TG4–TG5 troops for layered defense.

3️⃣ Troop Refill Timing

  • After the first rally hit, frontline infantry might drop fast.
    Prioritize infantry refill.

  • The gap between 1st and 2nd rally is the most critical window—timely refills can determine victory.

4️⃣ When Enemy Chains 3+ Rallies: Switch to Guerrilla

If the enemy executes more than 3 consecutive rallies:
➤ Stop refilling
Switch to guerrilla tactics to disrupt their rallies altogether.

5️⃣ Troop Type Ratio

  • At least 1/3 Infantry in every rally.

  • Keep Cavalry/Archer gap within 2x.

  • Adjust based on rally captain's hero buffs.

6️⃣ Turret Usage Strategy

  • During intense castle fights, abandon turrets if needed.

  • Only retake turrets if holding the castle for 10+ minutes.

  • If a castle is clearly lost, capture turrets to deal bonus injury damage.

7️⃣ When to Use Guerrilla Tactics

  • If your server has multiple high-power players,
➤ Target TG1–TG3 mid-range players on the enemy side.

  • Defenders can't use speedups,
➤ Attacking becomes the optimal way to drain their resources.

🪓 Chain Rally Strategy Summary

🪓 First Hit

  • A pure spending battle.

  • Used by your top whale, at least 2 tiers above enemy captain.

🪓🪓 Second Hit (Standard Chain Rally)

  • 1st rally inflicts light injuries,

  • 2nd rally finishes them off.

  • Order: From weaker to stronger rally captains.

  • Timing: Keep gap under 5 seconds.

  • Prepare next rally immediately after march returns, use speedups if needed.

🪓🪓🪓 Triple Rally (Single Alliance)

  • Up to 3 rallies = still efficient.

  • 4 or more rallies → high injury burden.

  • 3 rallies max is the sweet spot.

🪓🪓 | 🪓 Triple Rally with Two Alliances

  • Alliance A: Does double rally defense.

  • Alliance B: Follows up with a single rally, timed 5s after enemy’s rally.

🧠 Pro Tip: After enemy successfully defends,
they’re temporarily vulnerable—strike back immediately to reclaim castle.

🪓🪓 | 🪓🪓 4-Chain with Two Alliances (Ultimate Form)

  • Requires real-time coordination (Discord, KakaoTalk).

  • Can reverse situations even without the top-tier rally captains.

  • If coordination fails, consider cutting your losses and retreat strategically.

🧠 Conclusion:
Success in SvS isn’t just about power—it’s about discipline, timing, and teamwork.
Master these tactics, and your alliance will become a force to be reckoned with.
